Triumph is a card connected to victory, control and self-assertion
Triumph is the card drawn today from The Psychic Tarot Oracle Deck. It is the 7th card of the Major Arcana. It is equivalent to The Chariot in a traditional tarot spread. It also represents the sign of Cancer.
Number 7 resonates with the vibrations and energies of; the collective- consciousness, faith and spirituality, spiritual awakening and awareness, spiritual enlightenment, spiritual development, mysticism, intuition and inner-knowing, inner-wisdom, psychic abilities.
When you see Triumph it means the power of your soul is pushing and nudging you steadily forward. You are likely to be fairly clear on what your hopes and dreams involve and what you are willing to do to get there. Whether you’re setting new goals or developing ideas, it’s essential that it’s carefully thought out. Tapping into your inner guidance and balancing it with self-control, hard work and determination, it’s likely to manifest a triumphant outcome.
Triumph can mean success, not as a given, but rather as a result of hard work and determination. You may have a struggle which will test your character and stamina. However, you will gain a great deal both mentally and spiritually from the experience. You may feel torn in two directions, but if you are using your heart as well as your head, the outcome will generally be positive. There may also be unfinished projects or arguments to resolve, make sure you finish what you started.
If you wish to be whole, you each must face a journey. This journey is not done by willpower, but by the courage to choose the adventure. The journey can be made easier, when you keep your heart open to spiritual support and guidance, while Triumph is the power that keeps you going through the dangers of your sacred quest.
On the one hand, you may be wondering if you should pursue a project and on the other probably feeling driven to do so. It’s time for you to be single-minded and focused on the end goal. By reining in your ambition and impatience you gain power. Listen and observe while you wait and later on you can use what you have learned to your advantage. Don’t worry about how things will unfold, just trust that you will reach your destination at the appropriate time. Learn all you can during this time of gestation and direct your power constructively. Harness your energy and focus on your goal.
When you try to move forward without balance and direction, it’s easy to slip off your intended path and be drawn away from your desired goal. By visualising the successful results and the outcome you desire, you’ll achieve what you set out to do. The confidence in your ability to meet other challenges will be increased and any success will be a result of applying sheer focus and determination.
Triumph can also mean you are planning a journey or purchasing something to do with transportation – a car, plane tickets to somewhere you have always wanted to go.
In regards to relationships, it would suggest that in order for your relationship to succeed you may have to control your emotions. Don’t give up but work to reconcile any opposing forces in the relationship, it will be worthwhile. Stop your imagination or fears from getting the better of you.
I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear. ~ Nelson Mandela
