The Dream Walker is the card drawn today, from the Wisdom of the Hidden Realms Oracle Cards by Colette Baron-Reid. The Dream Walker is the 8th card in the deck.
In numerology, the number 8 resonates with the energies of; infinity, compassion, control and power, self-confidence, executive ability, confidence, inner-strength, management, material freedom, success, good judgment, money, finances, riches, manifesting wealth, abundance and prosperity.
When you see The Dream Walker, it means your dreams are about to become manifest. Everything that ever existed, started with a vision/thought before it became a reality. Be mindful that you have a unique and special purpose and you are always actively influencing your reality through your thoughts, actions, and reactions to life’s events. Furthermore, though there are a lot of similarities between people, you are unique, no two people are exactly the same or on the same path.
Your emotions in the dream will indicate what you’re feeling inside and if it’s negative you can take the right actions to turn something around in your head. Sometimes, when you think of something before bed you dream about it. This is because it’s instantly in your vibration and so this makes it a great time for you to visualise and focus on what you want the universe to bring to you. That way, your dreams can indicate to you what you need to look at and indicate which direction to take.
This journey is about learning, balancing and purifying. Do your job earnestly and you will reap its rewards. Resist your own lessons, however, and you will suffer needlessly. Love, forgiveness, and non-resistance will set you free.
Message from the book
When the Dream Walker is your Ally, dreams really can and do come true. Still, there are two kinds: those of the small Self and those of the Divine. Spirit has a dream for you that is yours alone, and all you need to do is ask and it will unfold like magic.
You also play an important and unique part of the Divine dreaming of the world. When you ask ‘is this the dream for me that serves the greater dream?’ the most beautiful vision for your life serves the highest good for others too. Just the act of asking will immediately provide the answer.
The Dream Walker is beside you to help you move effortlessly through the illusions, observing the truth, and celebrating the waking dream of your life that results. ~ Colette Baron-Reid
I find that if I ask a question before I go to dreamland, I often wake up and the answer is usually the first thing I think about.
The Dream Walker challenges you to wake up from your restless sleep, in which you are not dreaming at all. This is the time to remind yourself of your passions and the aspirations you may have left behind. Perhaps you should reconsider and allow yourself your dreams again. Do not give them up. There is always a way they can return to you as long as you do not try to dictate the forms they take.
Another way The Dream Walker challenges you is when you are in the middle of a nightmare brought on by you or by others. Wake up and do not struggle, for she reminds you that the Divine will lead you out of the bad dream and into a much better one. This too shall pass.
Be mindful that you have a unique and special purpose. You are always actively influencing your reality through your thoughts and reactions to life’s challenges. ~ Colette Baron-Reid
Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world. ~ Harriet Tubman
