When you see The Chess Queen, it means to have faith and follow your hunches. Know that if an experience contains any fear-based emotions or thoughts, they are not to be trusted as divine guidance. When you are following your intuition and divine guidance, life begins to flow and align with your heart’s desire and soul’s mission. In other words, when you are in the right place at the right time, things occur with greater ease and grace.
The soul uses a variety of methods for communicating with us but the most direct route is by way of intuition. It is not a verbal language, but a language of feelings. Sometimes it’s an uneasy feeling, i.e., if you are dating someone and there is an uneasy feeling about him/her, your intuition is speaking up. If you choose to ignore it then you are responsible for the consequences that might come about.
On the other hand, you might get a good feeling about a situation and therefore follow your hunches. The more you ignore your intuition the more you will be made to see the folly of your ways. When intuition is ignored or bypassed, a deep sense of anxiety can set in.
Furthermore, you need to differentiate between intuition and wishful thinking. Wishful thinking is trying to manifest an outcome in which you have very little influence. When you hold thoughts of a particular outcome you’re not allowing the possibility of an even better one to manifest. Clear the debris and watch the magic happen.
Message from the book
The Chess Queen has all the tools you need to aid you in your quest for a life of purpose, peace, and prosperity. When she arrives as your Ally, you’re given the task of asking Spirit for a vision of your life. Ask, also, to know the right actions to ensure your part in this process of unfolding. Then, with a sense of trust, allow the strategy to be given unto you by the Divine. Are your own goals and desires in alignment with the Divine Plan for your life?
This is a reminder that there is your plan, and then there is the Divine Plan for your life. When you’re in alignment with the latter, all manner of messages is delivered to aid you in taking the next right action for your life. The Chess Queen says that you will win this game as long as you let Spirit choose your moves. Follow your bliss and the inspired messages delivered by your soul. You cannot lose when you enter the realm of the Chess Queen and she appears as your Ally.
When The Chess Queen arrives to challenge you, it simply means that you are living too much in your head: planning, scheming and strategizing what your future will look like and how and when it will unfold. Remember the saying “Man plans and God laughs?” You cannot know the power and beauty that is meant for you until you let go and ask for Divine Guidance. The laws of cause and effect apply here. Do not dictate what you want, as your wants may not be in your highest good. Ask instead for the miracles set aside for you and you alone.
What does Spirit want for you? Perhaps it is time to let go and turn your life over to the care of a Higher Power. You can never lose when Spirit plays the game of life on your behalf. ~ Colette Baron-Reid
