It’s possible that your past may have caught up with you or something you thought was done and dusted, has reared its ugly head and resurfaced once more bringing all its unpleasantness with it. Are you worried about how others perceive you?

You have been allowing your limiting thoughts to control you and this card shows that you finally need to let go. It would be better to face your fears head on so that new people and conditions can manifest. If you do not take this opportunity to confront your fears then your mental anguish will continue. When you are mindful of your thoughts you come to realise that thoughts come and go of their own accord; that you are not your thoughts. You can watch as they appear in your mind, seemingly from thin air, and watch again as they disappear. Thoughts are transient as they come, go, and ultimately, you have a choice about whether to act on them or not.
The card Suffering in Silence is a reminder to take action and to trust that your soul and the power of spirit will grasp you firmly by the hand and guide you. You must take the first step toward healing and make peace with who you are, get real and let go of the mental distress. Just remember, you die if you worry, you die if you don’t.
